If such events develop, we shall follow our Incident Management and Reporting Policy.

As a person who uses our services, you have the right to be safe and free of abuse and neglect. If you feel unsafe, please use our complaints process. If you believe you require an advocate to file a complaint or report inappropriate behavior, we can assist you in finding an advocate of your choosing.
