- Help you to unpack and understand your plan as you pursue your goals.
- Connect you with service providers you need including government and mainstream services.
- Encourage and build your skills and confidence in order to access and arrange your supports.
- Work with you as you exercise your choice and control
- Help you explore available options of supports and narrow them down to the most suitable.
Our Support Coordination service will assist you in making the best use of your NDIS money to achieve your intended outcomes. As this is a capacity development program, the goal is to gradually increase your independence so that one day you can coordinate some or all of your supports based on the degree of care you require.
